If "Credit Card Online" is selected as the payment methods, then the details on the Customers ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.

By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

LUNe delivers orders via DHL.

According to international commerce regulations, all parcels include an official invoice with the total purchase amount and a breakdown of the items.

All orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons (holidays, sales, etc.), processing times may be longer.

Delivery takes 2- 8 business days.

LUNe is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control.

Tracking details will be included in your confirmation email and can be checked on the DHL website.

You may return any item purchased on en.lunebrand.ru within 7 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and box.

Items must be new, unused, and with all LUNe and designer tags attached.

Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet our policies will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Return processing may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is complete.

Please note: DHL does not offer courier delivery for returns.

The customer must send the return package via any courier service to their office.

If the customer refuses delivery, the shipping cost and any import duties will be deducted from the refund amount for the automatic return.
